2. SHIPPING COSTS

3. ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES

HarnessPro is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. Any fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

6. DAMAGES AND LOSS IN SHIPMENT

HarnessPro is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

7. INCORRECT ADDRESSES

The customer is responsible for ensuring the shipping address provided is correct. We are not responsible for packages sent to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for any additional re-shipping costs.

8. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
